Today, I've received an informal information concerning the polish prosecutors' abrogation of the inquiry into an artistic happening, which I took part in september last year. My comment to this case would be unnecesary if it had not revealed a scandalous legal mechanism in force currently in Poland - an independant and democratic state of law.
For, after nearly a year to conduct the inquiry, the Polish prosecutors ascertained, that myself - a citizen of the sovereign Polish state - am not a subject of prosecution by polish institutions, because such a an oppinion was issued by the Russian Ministry of Justice. I think this state of affairs is absolutely scandalous and disparaging to the independence of the Polish State.
At the current moment I'm consulting my next steps in the matter along with my lawyers.
